Please make sure that the name on the document being signed exactly matches the name on your photo ID, especially if you have multiple last names. Our notary may ask you to correct the name on the document if it is written incorrectly. The document our notary witnesses can be used anywhere in Canada or abroad and can be in any language, as the notary's role is not to confirm its contents.

If the document requires a separate witness in addition to the notary, you'll need to provide that witness yourself. Our notary cannot act as both the notary witness and the standard witness.
